With hundreds of stores, Groom Rooms and Vets 4 Pets practices across the UK, our Property team have a big job managing our property portfolio and acquiring new properties to accommodate exciting growth. They negotiate the best commercial terms and manage properties efficiently, work collaboratively to support colleagues in other departments and really get to know and understand the property market. Then they look ahead to determine the best property strategy and get the best out of the budget.

Along the way, they enjoy all the support they need to develop, individually and as a team. That includes the continuous professional development that RICS qualified colleagues must maintain, internal management development and collaborating to maintain industry knowledge.
