Working in Financial Control and Commercial Finance, our Finance teams enjoy busy, diverse and influential roles that have a big impact on our business and strategy.
Their information informs how we make decisions for pets, customers and colleagues, and their reporting helps to make sure the performance of each trading category and each store is clear. They also feed into continuous improvement, helping to identify opportunities for us to get better every day.
They keep the business ticking over through careful Financial Control, paying suppliers, managing cash, producing financial reports, working with external auditors and supporting investor relations teams.
In return, they enjoy lots of opportunities to develop, including gaining AAT and CIMA qualifications, and taking part in our Finance Academy, which runs during the year to support on-going professional investments.
