The people who are most focused on looking after our people, the People team take care of every part of an individual’s journey, from when they come on board to developing their leadership potential.
Their expertise, support and guidance helps managers with recruitment and retention, enables colleague wellbeing and engagement, promotes training and development and designs our rewards and benefits packages: all the things that help to make Pets at Home a great place to work.
They also look after apprenticeships, career progression and any colleague relations issues.
