Product development is also central to their success, as they travel thousands of miles to sniff out the latest trends and innovations, creating the best assortment of pet accessories and food nutrition for our stores and website – covering everything from head to tail.

Their role in shaping and driving our commercial and strategic vision, maximising financial and company goals is vital. So they know and understand our customer and market inside and out, identifying what our pets need today and anticipating what they will need tomorrow. Plus, our VIP loyalty scheme provides our buying team with invaluable insights, ensuring we have the advantage in tailoring products and ranges for our customers.
