Wellbeing is at the heart of our business. Because we aim to work with fun and passion, our people must be comfortable in their roles and happy at work.
We also listen to our people and understand the hectic pace of modern life, so we’re investing in the support and resources that will help our people across the business to rise to the mental health challenges that life can bring.
So we’ve put in place a number of initiatives to maintain and improve employee wellbeing. That includes partnering with the Retail Trust to provide an Employee Assistance Programme and working with organisations such as the Retail Cure and MIND to encourage a healthy mind culture. Plus, as a result of one of our colleague’s personal experience of and passion for helping others, we also partner with the Alzheimer’s Society, raising awareness of the issues and encouraging all colleagues to become Dementia Friends.
Wherever possible, and where it doesn’t impact on our ability to put pets and customers first, we also offer flexible working to help strike a good balance between home and work life.
