There is an open and honest culture at Pets at Home.

What do you get up to on a typical day/week?

I coordinate all the grooming expertise and training. I am also the first point of contact for all grooming learning and development enquiries.

Colleague development is a high priority within Pets at Home, recognising that specialist knowledge is a must to providing world class customer service.

What opportunities are there for career progression?

I was initially taken on as a temp, covering maternity leave, but have since been taken on full time in the learning and development team.

Tell us about the rewards and benefits?

There isn’t enough space to list all the benefits! We recently introduced a voluntary benefits website with a new corporate perks scheme, with many discounts depending on interests.

How does Pets at Home give back to the community?
