Friendly and supportive. There is a can do approach to ensure as a team we succeed. We are one team, which includes contractors as well as Pets people.
What do you get up to on a typical day/week?
I manage the daily operation. As well as site project development, operational planning, people development, budget control, health and safety and quality intervention.
Tell us about the learning and development?
Both internal and external courses are available. Internal could be self-driven but also sponsored by the company. Externally there is opportunity for qualifications including degree level.
What opportunities are there for career progression?
The company are keen to promote internally. They build a platform for people to progress their career of choice. There are many schemes available, such as Rising stars through to Taking the Lead.
