It’s a friendly culture and it feels like we’re a big family.
What do you get up to on a typical day/week?
I prep the dogs ready for the Stylists, as well as training to become a Stylist myself.
Tell us about the learning and development?
I have been taught to fully prep a dog to a high standard. I am now practising to clip and style the dogs before becoming a qualified stylist.
What opportunities are there for career progression?
When I become a qualified stylist I will have the opportunity to become a Salon Manager and could progress further to opportunities such as Area Manager.
