Working in Propositions
New teams, new tricks
Propositions is our brand-new, cross-functional team that will be key in understanding, defining and developing our customer proposition, bringing our two key customer strategies to life.
Taking a customer first approach, this unique team will be integral to our success in creating a one-of-a-kind ecosystem of pet care, bringing our stores, groom rooms, vets and specialist hospitals together into one seamless service.
Being part of this new team will give you the chance to join our journey from the very beginning, gain a much deeper understanding of the customer and shape the way we do business from the ground up. It’s a level of complexity, challenge and variety that’s hard to find amongst traditional retailers.
For example, take our New Customer Acquisition strategy, which is one of our key customer initiatives that will form a big part of our new service. Here, you’ll create and launch a specific offering for people who are new to pet care, building long-term loyalty and making sure new owners have everything they need from day one.
Or take our Pet Plan initiative, which gives you the chance to shape a whole subscription package of products and services that supports customers across every aspect of pet care, from food to medicine, insurance and vet visits.
And remember, our strategies aren’t just about selling pet food. Everything you’ll do is part of our mission to promote pet health and wellbeing across the UK.
