On a quarterly basis we conduct a “We’re all Ears” communication session, which allows everyone in the Support Office to get a clear and timely business update, highlighting some of the key goals that we are all working towards. It also encourages workshops around major areas of development within the business.

Suite of Development Programmes

This is aimed at creating inspirational managers with highly engaged teams by offering development and flexibility within key areas to ensure that everyone receives the correct development for themselves.

Leading the Way

This programme is designed for those colleagues with management responsibility. Delegates attend a series of off the job courses which run alongside a cross function team based project.

Bite Sized Chunks

These are a suite of half day workshops which focus on one particular topic to help colleagues back in the workplace. Workshops include topics such as assertiveness, communication skills, time management and presentation skills.

Building Professional Qualifications

We support our Colleagues in starting and continuing qualifications that support them in their chosen career choice. This can be in anything from CIMA and CIPD qualifications to NEBOSH accreditations.

 

Leadership Development

For our senior manager’s we have dedicated leadership development programmes which managers are invited to attend and focus on the leadership behaviours and characteristics which are key within our business.

Continuing Personal Development (CPD)

These are courses for Manager’s where they attend a full day workshop on a variety of topics which are specific for their own development needs. Workshops include topics such as Influencing and Impact, Recruitment Skills, Delegation, Engagement, Presentation Skills and Coaching.

Personal Role Development

We strive to improve ourselves every day and have a personal development plan which focuses on reviews as well as individuals’ highlighted areas of improvement. This development can be either role specific or something which is a key business deliverable which can be supported. This might range from Access or Excel training programmes to key negotiation courses, depending upon the focus of the business.
