About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Space & Range Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide crucial coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of range review processes and store merchandising changes.

This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire (two days per week in the office).

What You’ll do:

• Coordinate Space & Range Systems: Manage data and systems for range reviews and store refits, ensuring updates are accurate and communicated effectively
• Support Project Delivery: Provide documentation, spreadsheet support and process changes through space and range systems
• Maintain Records: Keep space records updated and communicate key changes to relevant teams
• Liaise with Stakeholders: Work closely with Merchandisers, Space Planners, Suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and process requests efficiently
• Oversee Equipment Orders: Manage SAP orders for equipment, reconcile invoices and ensure budgets are adhered to
• Facilitate Communication: Attend cross-functional meetings, issue updates and produce timely communications to stakeholders about space changes and project timelines
• Provide Admin Support: Issue meeting minutes, track actions and support overall project coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with databases and systems, with knowledge of SAP being highly desirable
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels
• Proactive problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Experience working with space data and/or systems is a plus
