  • Contribute to the design and development of automated test scripts.
  • Identify, document and track defects in a timely manner using issue-tracking tools. Work closely with Delivery Leads to ensure bugs are resolved and retested.
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Conduct smoke testing and regression testing, ensuring new and existing features meet the required quality standards.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to testing processes, tools and methodologies to enhance team productivity.
  • Support other test team members/other squads as appropriate.
  • Regularly support the Production environment.

Qualifications and Experience

We’re looking for a test engineer who has:

  • ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (minimum requirement).
  • Solid experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing techniques for test design and execution in manual testing.
  • Ability to plan, estimate, and create test scenarios from business requirements.
  • Familiarity with acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) and behaviour-driven development (BDD).
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proven experience conducting smoke and regression testing.
  • Ability to track test progress, report issues, and address blockers effectively.
