About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who excels in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for fostering strong relationships across teams.

You’ll operate within our Accessories Trading team and ensure that we run on schedule, taking trade plan elements and ensuring all critical path timelines are achieved.

We can offer hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire) and you’ll be required to work in the office three days per week.

Key Responsibilities will include;

• Utilising customer and market data to shape and implement a customer-first trading plan
• Collaborating with the consumer team to develop and execute marketing activities that support sales targets
• Leading the planning and execution of promotions and feature spaces, ensuring flawless implementation
• Analysing competitor activity and market trends to inform category strategies
• Influencing cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer and commercial objectives

About You

• Experience in FMCG and/or retail environments
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. You’ll have a proven track record of making decisions based on customer and market data
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities
• Proven track record in driving customer-focused strategies. You’ll be passionate about the customer!
• Ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships and projects
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
