Operational Skills Coach 

Right now we are looking for Operational Skills Coaches to join our growing training team at our brand new Stafford Fulfilment Centre

The Role:
As an Operational Skills Coach with Pets At Home you will be required to train new starters and ensure they are trained in all warehouse systems and functions. You will be a new colleagues first port of call and will make them feel comfortable and welcomed into the team. The role will include liaising with the First Line Managers and Shift Operations Managers to ensure the training program is being met and all the skills matrixes are up to date. You are also required to deliver refresher training for existing employees, ensuring paperwork is completed and training records are updated.  You will have a good awareness of safety and well-being of others in line with company procedures and requirements on safe working practices. There is a chance you will need to be flexible both in terms and duties within the warehouse and in hours of work to ensure that all business needs are met. Experience of general Warehouse processes is advantageous, as this role is based in a busy warehouse environment
