Senior Software Developer (C# / .NET Core / Azure) - 39 hours

Location: Hybrid working, with travel to the Handforth Support Office

About the role

To work within one of our Agile software development teams on behalf of the Services development team to deliver Service implementations within the Pets at Homes services layer.

You will be part of a cross-functional Agile team, working alongside Product Owners, UX, Testers, Data Engineers that are passionate about using quality practices like TDD and DevOps.. You will have solid experience in delivery of development projects to agreed timescales and quality objectives, working in accordance with defined Agile framework and processes.

Experience Will Include

• Experience of developing using DotNet and/or DotNetCore
• A great understanding of Service oriented design and software Development and the ecosystem and technologies in use
• Experience of Software / Process / Project lifecycles with an understanding of Agile working practices
• Experience of frameworks, patterns and practices used to develop software and experience of using C# as a development language of choice.
• Customer-oriented approach and outcome focused
• Experience of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience of TDD, CI and CD.
• Experience of cloud native software implementations, particularly within an Azure environment.
