About the role
As Tech Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and engaging technology and digital talent to support large scale transformation across the Pets at Home group. Placing a focus on a direct search model, you will also be involved in end to end management of vacancies, working with key stakeholders and third parties to deliver hiring to agreed timescales.
The role will form part of a wider TA function, who have built excellent relationships across the business. You will work to support this relationship further, providing insight and expertise as part of a wider project team. This is a great opportunity to add value and impact through your knowledge and capabilities within tech resourcing. Helping to position Pets at Home as a destination employer within the tech & digital sector will be vital to the success of this role.

About your experience
A love of all things tech, digital and recruitment!! You will thrive on searching for those hard to find skill sets and be able to demonstrate credibility when briefing candidates. Your experience of delivering upon vacancies at pace across technology and/or digital skillsets will ensure you can hit the ground running. Ideally, you will have knowledge of recruiting software developers (.net).
You will have a proven track record in sourcing across multiple channels, leveraging your own network in addition to technology. You will be comfortable working as part of a wider team, sharing knowledge and ways of working, alongside working with a range of stakeholders.
You will also possess great attention to detail, be highly organised and comfortable working with data.
Agency or in-house experience can be considered for this.
