About your role

 

As Systems Administrator, you will be accountable for being the primary point of contact within Pets at Home for the One Stock order management system and other systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that the system has up to date configuration, and is fully operational.

 

You will monitor email alerts from One Stock and raise incident tickets ensuring these are assigned to the correct area, monitor open issues relating to One Stock to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and monitor the One Stock Status page for outages and raise tickets as applicable.

 

You will be responsible for system configuration - managing store details (e.g opening times, click and collect eligibility), stock management and bank holiday management. You will also be responsible for release testing and will perform testing of the One Stock functionality to confirm any functional changes and no defects have been introduced to support any maintenance or project releases.

 

About your experience

 

Key experience required includes:

  • Experience in a similar role involving system administration, ideally experience using One Stock or other order management system.
  • Experience within a digital, E-commerce or retail environment.
  • Experience of using JIRA or Heat.
  • Be a keen problem solver.
  • Highly organised and confident to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and well as part of a team.
