About your role

As the Digital Optimisation Specialist, you will be accountable for MVT testing. You will support our Product, UX & Optimisation teams execute the best possible test responses to customer insights, enhancing customer experience and improving website efficiency.

Your role will also work closely with our creative and content team to drive new landing page tests and campaigns, in addition to supporting our Digital Marketing teams to improve ROI on marketing spends. You will ensure the validity and reliability of test data with synchronised front and backend testing, whilst managing a fast paced, high volume testing schedule.

About your experience

Key experience & skills required for this role includes:

Planning and executing AB testing. Direct experience with AB Tasty (or an industry equivalent).

A proven track record in conversion rate optimisation, UX, or development – where CRO has played a key part in your role.

A good understanding of UX

Proficiency within HTML and CSS would be advantageous

Highly analytical, with experience of working with tools such as Google Analytics 360

Great communication skills, with an ability to work across a diverse set of stakeholders
