Managers here are very much part of the store teams they head up, leading by example and getting stuck in to ensure every customer – and their pet – enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

It’s a diverse role that will see you taking care of everything from pet care and standards, living our values and behaviours to inspire them in others, and ensure the whole team meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. And that comes down to making sure you’re free to deliver an exceptional customer experience, are confident about approaching customers, making them feel welcome, asking the right questions and thanking them for their visit.
