Hours: 22.5 (3 full days, or flexible with 4 shorter days)
Location: Handforth based (Hybrid working)
What are we looking for?
We’re currently recruiting a Part Time Recruitment Coordinator to join our small and friendly team within the Talent Acquisition team, based out of the Pets at Home Head Office in Handforth. This role will be a job share, and we are flexible with 3 full days, or 4 shorter days.
You must have great administrative skills, and be confident using Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel etc. You will be adaptable to use new systems, such as applicant tracking systems. You’ll also have amazing customer service skills and be confident speaking to our candidates and hiring manager across the business. The role will require you to manage a range of different priorities and tasks, so you must be highly organised.
Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer
- Coordinate interviews
- Build relationships with Stakeholders across the business
- Monitor applications and provide updates to the Talent Acquisition team regarding vacancies
- Provide support to extended members of the team, such as reporting.
