This role will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance and risk requirement are met across the People Services function. The role will define assess and monitor risk ensuring the risk register is maintained and action monitored and evaluated.


 You will provide an audit function for the People Services team to ensure that all transactions are risk mitigated and provide improvement plans to ensure continuous improvement.


You’ll be working with the Group People Services Leads in Handforth and Swindon to ensure processes meet compliance requirements:


• Compiles reporting and trend analysis

• Oversees all internal and external and requirements

• Training and coaching to drive improvements and maintain standards


Identifying and driving improvements will be a key part of the role with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management in respect of the wider People team and colleagues across the group.


You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving a Group People Policy framework that meets all legal and statutory requirements, transforming the access, tone of voice and approach to policies across the Group.
