Salary: up to £27,000 plus bonus & benefits

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Role Details

We're looking to add a Talent Acquisition Advisor – Distribution Centre Network to join our expanding business which is achieving year on year growth and unprecedented success. You’ll be part of a small and dynamic team reporting in to the Talent Acquisition Partner for the Distribution Centre Network. While you will be based onsite with our Head Office in South Manchester, your focus will primarily be on supporting and expanding the Distribution Network across several regions.

 

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone who is looking to support recruitment in a fast-paced, operational environment. You will be managing a portfolio of c20-60 live recruitment campaigns at any given time and will have worked end-to-end campaigns with varying requirements to meet the priorities of our internal stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Team - DC Network are responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles in a timely manner from briefing to attraction/sourcing, selection ensuring our recruitment process is fair and inclusive.

 

The role will require a good blend of the following skills/experience:

Volume & Permanent recruitment

Stakeholder management

Direct sourcing

Talent mapping

Recruitment advertising

 

How you will do it

Sourcing of candidates through all appropriate recruitment tools and job boards.

Provide an excellent candidate experience by assisting in the coordination and administration of the recruitment process.

Scheduling of candidate assessments and interviews, including travel arrangements, coordinating interviewer schedules, and other tasks associated.

Assist with on-site interviews and candidate assessments. 

Assist in tracking and monitoring all recruiting activity.

Be a reliable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers and maintain effective working relationship with all levels of the business.

Assist in day to day recruitment tasks.

Contribute to projects as required.

Support other team members with their task as required.
