I try to plan out the day ahead every morning to give everyone a stress-free day and to make sure everyone has the support and structure that they need. We are stronger and more efficient when we work as a team.

We provide the best learning and development throughout the business, making sure everyone achieves their goals to a high standard.
What opportunities are there for career progression?
Progression is amazing within the salon. If you work hard you could potentially be promoted to Salon Manager within a year and a half.

They put me through a City and Guilds Diploma which was great!
How does Pets at Home give back to the community?
Pets at Home are involved in lots of charities and we get a day off paid to do charity work.
